5S rRNA Sequence Alignments


The multiple sequence alignments of 5S ribosomal RNAs can be downloaded in TAB-delimited and FASTA formats. Tab-delimited format contains sequence identificator and nucleotide sequence in one line separated by a single tab.
Base pairs in phylogenetically conserved secondary structures of archaeal, eubacterial and eukaryotic 5S rRNAs.
